• No hate or abuse

  No insults, threats, discrimination or harassment of staff or other clients.

• No personal details

  Don't share phone numbers, emails, addresses or anyone's private information.

• No spam or ads

  No promotions, links or reviews about something other than this business.

• Businesses can reply, not delete

  Owners can publicly reply to your review, but they can't remove it.

• Ticked removes rule-breakers

  Reviews that break these rules are removed. You'll see why in your account.
